As an out-of-state customer, I started working with Courtney at All Occasion Florals by e-mail and phone. My daughter was getting married at an outdoor setting in the Arizona White Mountains and this was one of the closest floral shops. As fate would happen, the "fit" from a customer's perspective was perfect. She was timely in her e-mail and phone responses and Courtney was an excellent listener, checking often whether we were "on the same page". When I asked for suggestions, she had some great ones and provided feedback about which flowers worked well and which ones didn't. When I finally arrived in AZ for the big day, she welcomed me to her shop so we could discuss final arrangements. Courtney was so patient with me, had great attention to detail and even went the extra mile and delivered the flowers herself. When I saw her work, I started to cry because the bouquets, corsages and boutonnières were everything I had hoped for and more! I am a perfectionist and I can recommend her services without any hesitation whatsoever. She is an artist in the truest sense of the word and her prices are very reasonable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Courtney, the flowers were stunning and you exceeded my expectations!
